Celebrate the life of a loved on by creating a Forever Remembered Tribute. Whether it's sharing thoughts and memories, adding photos and videos, lighting candles in remembrance or fundraising for a cause close to your loved one's heart, a Forever Remembered Tribute provides a dedicated place for you to do so.

If you make donations and fundraise for your tribute page, everything that you raise will go towards improving the quality of life for older people. It could help MHA to:

provide life-enhancing facilities for our care home residents
help more people to live active and fulfilling lives in their own homes through our Live at Home Schemes
fund a Music Therapist working with someone who has dementia
provide the Chaplaincy service for people in our care and their families

There are many ways that you can raise money for the fund, including cash gifts on special occasions, direct debits, taking part in events such as walks, runs or bike rides or holding your own events such as a tea party.

You can also select an area of MHA’s work where you would like donations to your fund to be spent, for example a specific care home or Live at Home Scheme.

Our supporters tell us how setting up a Tribute page helps them in a number of ways at a very difficult time.

David’s Tribute
After Doreen lost her husband David they used a Tribute page to share messages, memories, photos and take donations. “It was so helpful having the Tribute page after David had passed away. As you can guess, being a widow one’s mind is full of other things. It was a perfect place for family and friends to share messages of support and also helped us to collect donations for MHA.” David was a resident at Brockworth House Care Home where he was always treated with respect and compassion, the home was truly lovely and the grounds were a joy.” Doreen Clements Close
